Management believes that diversity better enables Unifeeder Group to generate ideas and develop business while at the same time strengthening our spirit. The starting point is the individual employee's performance and needs, and each employee per annum has minimum two development meetings where managers and employee discuss the employee's current performance and future development, as well as the cooperation between the manager and the employee and the working environment in the company. At regular intervals, an employee satisfaction survey is conducted. The results are analysed and shared with managers and employees and action plans are prepared both for the company and in the individual countries to address identified problems.
