## Compliance Organisation

### Unifeeder Group wants to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements in all geographies where we provide our services.

The Unifeeder Group compliance organization is lead by a Legal & Compliance Officer, who is in charge of running and developing the procedures and processes within this area.

Unifeeder Group has developed a full Legal Compliance Program that addresses relevant issues for Unifeeder Group.

The Legal Compliance program includes our policies regarding Anti-Trust, Anti-Bribery, Trade Sanctions, Whistleblowing, Code of Conduct, and Data Protection Policy.

Unifeeder Group has implemented training sessions in the Legal Compliance Program, including among others, procedures for “Anti-Bribery, “Sanctions”, and  “Export Control”.

Where possible we use automated, well-proven compliance tools, and any incident is handled immediately and reported to the management according to internal procedures.
